Michael was educated in the Ann Arbor, MI public school system, has BBA from Davenport University (Entrepreneurship) and an AAS from the Community College of the Air Force (Electronics). Michael served in the Air Force (Computer Technician), the Coast Guard (Electronics Technician) and in the Air National Guard in Michigan (Telephone Technician) and Georgia (Satellite Technician). An Ordained Baptist Minister Michael has served as Senior Pastor, assistant Pastor, and as a Church Planter. Michael worked in the auto industry, telecommunications business, and in the public school system. Michael and his wife (Loretta) reside in Central Alabama
